Creating Essential Oils Blends For Traveling
*Disclaimer: I am not a Doctor and by any means am not responsible for what could happen while using these blends or any medication. Always check with your DR first. I suggest trying out oils prior to your trip to make sure you have enough carrier oil to not irritate your skin. I am not responsible for what could or go wrong during your travels or vacations. I am merely someone that travels to WDW and other places often utilizing these ideas while traveling.
Calling all Luxury Travel Moms!
When we travel to Walt Disney World, a cruise, a beach trip, Hershey Park, Legoland or basically anywhere, I like to be prepared with my oil blends for ALL SORTS of situations. These are great to have prepared and packed to be HANDY ahead of time. They might not cure an illness but they really do help with symptoms. If you are having symptoms similar to Irritable Bowel Syndrome the roller blend for stomach issues really does help!
Essential Oils are one of my greatest travel hacks of all time!
Try to blend oils that are anti-inflammatory because when you are traveling enjoying different foods, you become out of your routines and that is when inflammation occurs. Inflammation can cause you to not feel well. Even if you don’t have ALL of the oils for each blend – if you mix what you DO have – that should be sure to help!

For Digize drops I like to get at least 20 drops into the roller. I always try to increase the Digize and Peppermint drops.
This is great for anyone who is not digesting their food well, or maybe having a case of IBS. I have used it for hiccups and constipation and even menstrual cramps. While Peppermint is my staple essential oil for everything – ginger and clove are both anti-inflammatory and all excellent.
IBGard helps my youngest son with IBS flares. We like to use this in addition to oils.

It has been said that putting a little Peppermint on the back of your neck and wrists can help you feel cooler in the heat. My son who suffers with POTS benefits from the usage of peppermint and Digize oils.

In addition to these helpful aids, it is best to stay hydrated especially when traveling to avoid illness. Electrolytes are a must!

*If using a Spray Bottle – fill with WITCH HAZEL.
