Green Bean Casserole

Heat Oven to 350

Steamable Green Beans (longer thin beans) – heat only for 4 min (next time I might use 2 packages for extra green beans)

Mix 1 can of Campbells Mushroom Soup

1/3 Cup Fat Free Milk

2 packets of Soy Sauce (saved from Chinese takeout)

Half the can of Chi-Chi’s Mild Salsa Con Queso

A dash of Mrs Dash’s Lemon Pepper as well as Onion & Herb seasonings.

2 heaps of flour

Dash of bread crumbs

Mix together

I greased the baking dish with smart balance

Topping:

Smash a pack of Ritz Crackers and mix with 2 heapings of Smart Balance (warmed for 18 seconds in the microwave) and sprinkle over the top.

Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbling
